What an amazing process to watch.... it always seems more satisfying watching these hand shaped creations. I can't wait to see the next steps...Thank you so much for sharing 😁💙

Thanks for watching and commenting Heather! I agree, I think the hand carving is very satisfying to watch, especially sped up. I just wish I had the time to do all hand tools. I was amazed at the speed from the power carver though. I might try something a lot bigger when I can work outside this spring.

I understand - the hand carving feels a lot more like the proper thing but getting the angle grinder grindin' just gets the job done! It's learning constraint with the power tool that's the hard part. Great job so far Chris, looking forward to the conclusion. Cheers mate.

I enjoyed the hand carving, but maybe a balance would be faster. I just don't have days and days to work on projects. Thanks Mark!

Nice start Chris! Maybe you need to add a smaller powered carving/flexible shaft to your Christmas wish list?

My Christmas list is fairly long already!

Real nice video! That wheel on your grinder is very aggressive, it takes off lots of material rather quickly. I bet it would do some damage to the fingers too! Thanks for sharing. Shalom

I never felt unsafe. There are some grinder attachments I will NOT use. This one never caught or felt like it was going to catch and flip into my hands.
