Slaptrain, the car that has a bike on top is actually a mod made by me of my IRL bike that I uploaded to steam workshop, so happy to see it in a video.

The bike was put on that guy's car with Kino mod I'm pretty sure. I can't remember if you have Kino installed, but you can literally put anything on your car. From license plates to air fresheners and whole new kits. Basically anything
