Chaser is pretty stable. Ultimate tune put the front wheel track out to about 4-5 and rear 2...has a smooth Accel so new players can transition easier 350z is another one with smooth Accel for easier drifting

So when you go to design on the car you want to change your tires on there is two options with a picture of rims and tires , one changes the inner rim color and the other does the sides of the rims

Not to ruin experience or stuff like that. I recommend 100adh and for brakes from 1100 brake torque to 1700 is perfect, abs if u play controller or wheel with soft brakes can be off, but if u play with keyboard or and with mouse keep it ON. Brake bias from 60 to 70 for chase, 60 to 100 for lead.

Check the setting there is a setting that should be set default to allow cross platform , but sometimes it may not be turned on it may be in general setting not too sure

Umm this is obvious but have you held the clutch gave power to the accelerator then released the clutch , once done you can then give gas if this does not work check ur controller binds through steam or the game
