I got sucked into CarX Street, even tho I first brushed it off as a " mobile game" that got a PC port. But the more I played it I liked it more and I also had to compare it to TDU:SC in alot of ways. CarX looks good, drives good and runs very well. The only thing people complain about is the AI voices. It has lots of recognizable cars even tho they are not licensed. And it has a suprising amount of detail for what it is. Its also 20 bucks on Steam which allows for some wiggle room in the critics. I just feel that TDU:SC lacks alot behind a " mobile game"...

I get that about you being excited for the Mini because you own one. I was excited for the Chevy Cobalt SS in NFS Most Wanted on PS2 because back then I had a yellow Cobalt. I was excited to fully upgrade it, see what it'd look like with TE37s on it (back then I couldn't afford to upgrade much of anything). So that's completely relatable.

I love how this is becoming a new series! And it’s pretty unique for there to be a feature that lets you run out of fuel, this creates a whole different experience since you have to worry about not spending too much on customisation and going it broke to still pay for gas which is cool! And tired wearing out is also pretty cool, although it’s not unique since Motorfest has it as well on some of the F1 circuit races. Loved watching this, and can’t wait to see you play updates ❤

1:34 This corner is the final boss of the entire game I swear. Since the AI have godly traction and never spin out regardless of speed, they blaze through it while you always have to slow down to a crawl. If they are behind you when you slow down, then they will ram you into another galaxy since their cars have the weight of a M1 Abrams as they stay perfectly on course. I was stuck on this race for hours and I kept on raging because of it.

I like the game for what it is. I think it's better than NFS but needs a lot of work. AI doesn't exist really. Even stoplights don't work. They need to reduce the auto-counter steering or add an option to remove it, and improve the steering because it's annoying. Other than that i don't find many negatives. Maybe graphically a bit outdated, but it terms of physics it's nice. Tires have nice levels of grip. It takes some power to get some cars spinning which is realistic. Weight transfer is ok. Suspension workes nice. Progress is nice too. It's a solid racing game with lots of potential.

The class is purely power to weight so you can upgrade stuff like tyres and suspension without changing it at all. The R rating is more of a representation of handling although it also includes visuals.

Traffic setting is unrelated in races, only in freeroam. Also I’m at the C4 clubs now and the rewards stay roughly the same.. 7-11k per race which is very little compared to what you need to put into your car in order to make it compatible.

Still better than Need for speed 😂 I couldn't care for car damage or insane graphics if the gameplay sucks, here the gameplay does not suck but the graphics isn't terrible. That can keep me going however if I get bored in an hour and you expect graphics to keep me I'm not playing 😂 gameplay is everything and that's why we love the older games over the newer because they think graphics graphics graphics but no gameplay and I can now respect GT7 for what it is. Lost all respect for Forza and NFS. Let's get these "small" studios up there with the bigger ones so they can feel the pressure 😂

My only real problems with this game are the soundtrack, car sounds, the camera, and the sense of speed. Those problems bring the game down a lot. But other than that, this game looks really good. What I think they need to do is take a look at night runners prolog, and take a little from that, for example, the soundtrack and the camera As well as the car sounds because the soundtrack and car sounds are abysmal in this game. I dont really get how one person can make a much better game than a whole team of people with triple the budget.

It seems like the art style is definitely from nfs unbound, the gameplay is from heat, and the soundtrack is from ncs (no copyright sounds. I just can't get over how bad it is man)

It’s very personal This game has amazing traffic which is a major selling point for me cuz remind me if I’m wrong but I think it’s the first game to have realistic traffic in an open world car game. Forza doesn’t have this non of the other games have it. Tdu Is graphically a bit better and also has a lot great role play elements like parking, gas stations and soon to be released ur own properties and garages. But it feel soulles without the traffic like carx street has

@@МатвейВавилов-ш4у it's not hard to hire it out or to localize. It's not just a problem with the quality of AI vs actual voice-acting. It's the precedence it sets for bypassing arts to maximize profit instead of investing in the arts because video-games- as a form of media- are a type of art. It's not hard and adds value to a product to not include a bunch of AI gen material and actually introduce the human quality to art forms. they could start with english or russian voice-acting, keep subtitles like they did, and localize voice-actors later if finances are a problem. That would show commitment to their product. There appears to be a decent number of other issues with gameplay and progression that people also have a problem with. It feels far more like a cash-grab for the wait everyone had for the PC version to come out which feels like a betrayal to the CarX community who has invested in them up to now.
