Ok from what i seeing. Your CPU is actually holding you back. I am on a newer 11th Gen i7 mobile CPU and on Xe Graphics. The game hovers at 25 to 30 fps stable. Only 1 or 2 major stutter. Everything 720P low

His CPU is not holding him back, if you watch his CPU utilization then you see that its not being used to its maximum.

@@snobbleDobble the CPU doesnt need to be pegged at 99% or 100% to be a CPU bottleneck. Another guy has a i5 4460 it uses 60% but even at 720P low. His fps is all over the place. If changing the resolution dont affect the FPS or GPU usage its a clear CPU bottleneck.

That's weird, i have a GTX 1050 2gb and a i5 8300H, and i can play at 60 FPS 720 low (With stutters of course), the fps is always 40-60

My god i can't install the game on ssd. [I5 8400, GTX 1060 3gb vram, 8gb of ram] On hdd the game is unplayable, i can achive almost 90fps on medium in 1080p but it stutters every single seconds. Even if i try to play it on low 720p the game still stutters, i dont think they will optimize the game for hdd. ( even tho i only have 8gb of ram, maybe the problem it's the ram ) EDIT: I managed to install it on ssd and damn, there are only some micro stuttering but now the game is a lot better lmao

Its your CPU. Like the minimums i guess is a somewhat modern quad cores with Hypertreading.

@@linchester8464 but cpu only used 60%. 1st time open the game is fine 60fps. but after 30 minutes fps is draining to 15fps. after i close & open the game again ITS fine 60fps at high setting

Nah, the point of the video is to show the performance, so anyone who wants to buy the game but has an old laptop might be considering it. Just trying to help the community. I mean, there are already tons of videos showing that CarX Street runs perfectly fine on high-end PCs, so yeah, you know the rest.
