For anyone who wanted to know, the fighting game move Judy Hopps does is Tatsumaki Senpukyaku, a move that Ryu can do in Street Fighter (the audio clip itself comes from SF2 Champion Edition). To abbreviate a lot of how japanese is spoken, it really _is_ saying Tatsumaki Senpukyaku, it's just pronounced "Tats'mak Senpookiak'".
