Casa Foresta: The Final Stretch

This video shows current construction status of Casa Forest Clusters located at Codename Premier, Manpada, Kalyan Shil road, Dombivli east. Lodha Codename Premier (Casa Foresta, Casa Fiora and casa Liana), and codename Central (casa Belvedere) are Lodha's new project at lodha palava city. Located at Premier colony ground, opposite Runwal Gardens, I love Dombivli, manpada, Kalyan shilphata road, Dombivli east.
Lodha has constructed 6 lane Central avenue road connecting Kalyan shil road at Premier Colony ground manpada, opposite Runwal Gardens to badlapur road/Pipeline Road, near Hadutane village. This road connects Palava City phase two (Lakeshore Greens and Downtown) and Dombivli. On this Central avenue road, in-between, approximately 1 km from kalyan shil road, lodha is developing this new launch, codename premier and codename Central. Buildings of code name Premier includes Casa Foresta, Casa Liana and Casa Fiora. Codename Central includes casa Belvedere cluster. Lodha's quality home project lodha crown Dombivli is also located near this project.
Other big projects nearby are Runwal Gardens, runwal mycity, Sai world dreams, Regency anantam. Lodha is also constructing 500 bed Jupiter hospital near this project. Runwal R mall and Sai World Dearms mall (having commercial tower and a first five start hotel of Dombivli-Kalyan region) are also being developed nearby. A manpada metro station on Kalyan-Taloja Metro line will be in walkable distance. This project will have its own school, Multi level car parking, jogging track, clubhouse and retail shops.

I booked a flat in Casa Foresta G . Please plant as many trees as possible in and around the garden, roadside, and wherever else possible because the monsoon is approaching. Try to plant trees that release the most oxygen.

Even though possession is on time, I am concerned on delivery of amneties as committed by Lodha. Our lifestyle will not be same as committed. Not sure even all amneties will be ready in next year or more.

Agreed. I am not sure how they are going to take Club house charges and other charges if the amenities are not completed by possession. Bit skeptical about that.
