The bathrooms in the 2bhk look much smaller than what was promised. Is the 2bhk 656 sq feet or is it less than that?

There are multiple dimensions of 2 bhk available with deck and without deck.This is 2BHK with Deck.Not sure on the exact sqft of this one.
