As a former CO this video nearly brought me to tears. I’ve seen some of the saddest things behind those walls. Thankfully I treated every man whether in Orange or Black uniform the same. Sadly I’ve witnessed my first attempted suicide the week of my training. My corporal thought I was gonna quit. He slit his wrist right in front of us while we were doing cell checks. I’ve never seen so much blood in my life. I recall that bc it reminds me that life is precious and not to be taken for granted. I will never go back to that career again but I’m grateful to what I experienced and the amazing men and women in Orange I met. ✌🏾

Words are truly spells and should always be used the right way. So don't rap negativity into your life. Rap positivity and it would come into fruition. From albums based on violence and murder, and songs based on gang life to his current state now. Locked away with no hope and fear of dying. My prayers got out to Casanova. He is such a great poet.
