I don’t know what it’s like in Africa but in the states he would be opening himself up to a lawsuit against his company for workplace harassment. I love the fact that they gave more time to flesh out the chemistry and relationship between these two characters, it didn't feel too rushed or hasty which gave us the feel of a genuine realistic love story between the two characters, and you don't really see that in most movies. Kudos to crew and cast you all did your jobs well.
