You need to haveva video on how to put together. There was no.manual that came with it. So frustration!!

Hi Susan. If assembly is required, you unfortunately purchased a Chinese counterfeit. Genuine Cascade® Hummingbird Feeders require no assembly and are ready out of the box to fill and hang. We are having a terrible time with these Chinese criminals who have lured thousands of unsuspecting US consumers with unrealisticly low prices. They have stolen our US Patented design, but in order to cut corners, they split the long helical housings and covers into two shorter parts which allows nectar to leak badly right in the middle! Further, they do NOT supply a special Pitcher. Without the exact amount of nectar defined by the Pitcher, it is nearly impossible to guess how mutch nectar to pour, and it will often just stream out the bottom. Many people hoodwinked by these bad actors are hugely disappointed and blame Cascade®, but it's not us, they are all just poor quality counterfeits made by Chinese organized crime! I absolutely love this feeder. I ordered it on a Facebook ad. Unfortunately I was scammed and another company took my money named, Shoe Mama, a site for children's shoes!. I'm out of 2 feeders at $99.00 each and no bird feeder!! Can someone give the correct site to order!!!

Sorry to hear about the counterfeit Chinese products you are facing. I just ordered one from your direct site, but I have to admit, it took some active digging on my part to locate a site for the genuine product. It might be worth you working with digital marketing company to ensure that your site is one of the first seen when people go looking for this product. I hate to see small businesses preyed upon by Chinese intellectual theft. Amazon is not helping this cause.
