There are quite a lot of option to discuss before I can tell you an accurate price. The Log only package will be in the range of 55k~90K depending upon the option and finish detailing you require. It's common to see our post and beam homes completed in the range of $175-$225 per square foot total.

Martin, this design and all of our others will be fine-tuned in the design stage and made specific to each client's build location. Placing this on a full basement or walk out design can easily be accommodated. The package price today (2020-12-12 ) is $111,111usd with the on-site technician included.

I have some great news for you Tracci Quartermaine. We have not built anything from Pine since 1998. As this home is a post and beam style we would traditionally hand craft this from Douglas Fir but we offer an option of Western Red Cedar too. I'll follow this up a little further and add that we also make all our hand railing from Western Red Cedar. Let us know when you're ready to explore the options and details a little closer. p.s. We agree that Pine is best put to use as lumber ;-)
