I've been wearing Neroli 36 for years now and I definitely see how its warmness can be misleading. It's definitely a clean linen, fresh laundry kind of warm. Not at all juicy but a little sharp and then powdery (aldehydes?), and then the calone for an aquatic feel but not too much! Very clean and sparkling but I wish it was sharper on my skin

Just got Santal 33. I’ve only had designer fragrances like Y EDP, every Invictus, La Nuit delhomme, Bleu De Chanel etc. But I’m loving this scent. Really wanna get Another 13 now.

From what I was told about Ambrette 9 by an employee, it was created with a minimal amount of ingredients so that pregnant women/new mothers could safely wear it without fear of irritation and sensitivity to them or their child, its not really supposed to be for the average consumer

I bought Another 13 100ml for the 2. time it is my SCENT! also had a 50ml Santal 33 but later on it turned to be not so my favorite. Instead i got me a 50ml Baie 19 and i Am so in love with it the only issue with Baie 19 buuuuut Ive got some samples from the store AND I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE the noir 29 my GO TO ONCE I get a bottle in my hand

Great video, Manny. I'm about 10 years into my fragrance journey and I still, oddly, have no Le Labo in my collection. Your prior recommendation of the London city exclusive - Poivre 23 - had me intrigued. I finally got my nose on it in September. My goodness it was nice. Then I checked the price. An eye-watering price-tag north of $C 600. Ay carumba! My price limit on fragrances has gradually been rising over the last couple years. It may take a few more years for Poivre 23. I need to look closer at some of your recommendations on this video. Great work, bud.

Glad you’re back man I just got a question that might sound stupid…I have Another 13 but it smells different from the first time i smelled it on my skin. Went from clean and musky to smelling like klennex, ppl around me says it smells that same but to me it smells worse? I’m. conflicted bc i really liked it but now i’m wondering if my nose is just too used to it or something else…I haven’t left it in any cold or heat temperatures BUT i have accidentally shaken it before so i’m not sure

Thank you kindly! Also, A13 is highly synthetic and also prone to overspraying. Perhaps that may be why you are experiencing this? This sounds weird, but try not to wear it for maybe a week or two. Then get back to it after your nose isn't "used to it" after awhile and spray it in even lesser doses. Like, maybe one spray on your elbow pulse point, and then the standard one spray on each side of your neck. And after that, I hope you experience similar positive feedback, but also feel like the scent does not go awry off of you. =]

You're welcome and thank you, Sandra. The appeal with A13 is still its simplicity so I would wanna maintain that with whatever you pair/layer on it. So maybe a feminine soliflore like something fruity and/or floral. Jo Malone Orange Blossom perhaps? Something like that. I do not know your taste, but I hope that helps. =]
