The planet has been divided by a mysterious phenomena known as ‘The Bloom’, a biological entity responsible for a sweeping explosion of life and dramatically altering the planet's environment, sparking rapid biological evolution in all living things.
Some viewed it as a manifestation of extraterrestrial life, others as a divine act, a virus, or the planets way of reclaiming itself. Regardless of these interpretations, the Bloom unequivocally signified the end of an old world and the dawn of a new, uncharted era. Deep within the northern lands, exists the great haven of Cascadia. This is what we know.

@@AzeAlter Yes, indeed I am. I honestly had no idea Cascadia was a real place. I came across the term Cascadia to mean waterfall and I originally named a province on a planet I made accordingly. I later named a group of people who settled that land Cascadians, and over time when the Space Age came, the Planet would just be called Cascadia, paying homage to the Cascadian dominance of the political theater on the planet.

No my friend. The people now in control of Hollywood can only destroy creative vision. Imagine these visuals but with a soundtrack by Megan Thee Stallion, and a protagonist played by Will Smith who climbs into his flying vehicle then looks into the camera and says, "I have GOT ta get me one o THESE!" and you will have some idea of how this vision could be ruined. This is the new way of entertainment, where creative individuals freed from committees and suits can show us exactly what they are imagining.

Nice oceanic civilization, however, we know current earthlings are not allowed to develop bio-artificial intelligence because there would be some ethical and chaos occurs. Thuban draconi has some oceanic urbanization initiatives, which similar to Mintakan Confederation. They're against MEGA AI corporations, too. You can time traveling to 32nd or beyond, there are more galactic and oceanic civilization expansion.
