Sir, good morning. I am a GP , 76 y, in rural Andhra Pradesh showing my gratitude for a good case d 24 24:37 Since RBS is >350, ketone bodies needs to check up & also electrolytes. It needs explanation why it is not Broca’s area and why it is lenticular vessel/ sub cortical area involvement . The routine thinking of thought process… if speech is involved it is Broca’s area!!needs to be changed. Please tell The diagnosis which is not clearly made. Explain unfractionated vs fractionated advantages over disadvantages. Only APTT IS mentioned.Dr.M.Nataraju
