As far as i know for compensation purpose our body makes extra Hb ( excessof erythropoetin leads to increased erythropoeisis)to prevent hypoxia (due to chronic copd condition )

If the patient has paroxysmal atrial fibrillation then how the heart rhythm will be regular instead it Shud be irregular as he was mentioning in the case 4:54 1:02 . Correct me if am wrong????
