This young doctors seem to be very afraid of chief, and extremely respectful, call all time sir, sir , I work in a hospital in Europe, doctors and nurses work together like colleges, much more relaxed, we call by names , most of the doctors are easy going , i can’t imagine working in India , try to make changes
