I know the feeling except I had to threaten to fire my lawyer on the record and force the issues myself because my lawyer was a pos. Even tried to tell me later that the court's policy was not to return firearms confiscated incident to ARREST. I said, "not conviction"?! I got my firearm and accessories back. Glad you prevailed!

Excellent! Q: Does the states have the power to deny a 2A ruling? Basically, can the states say “we have considered your deliberations , and we understand your position, but our state will not be abiding by your ruling” because the people in our state don’t agree … ? Does the governor of a state have the power to circumvent federal Supreme Court rulings?

God is good i have charges from 1997 I pray to God to have the same feeling as this man , I have kids , grandkids just used poor judgement as a young man in return lost my 2A rights , it's a life sentence it feels and I pray one day to share the feeling this man has now , Awesome for this man God bless.

Question I got my conviction dismissed in furtherance of justice and vacated after a conviction and that still did not satisfy the dept of justice for my gun rights crazy..went to court this January 2024 and the judge granted factual innocence 851.86 after 27 year old case I never stopped fighting. So should I have any problem buying a firearm once my records have updated.

Either pull your plea or file a motion to Appeal on a Rule 32 Post Conviction Relief... Keep Fighting that case. Most people get discouraged and just give up. They allow the Prosecution to Coherse them into a Plea and Waive their Rights, out of FEAR OF PRISON.. WHILE THEY ARE THE CRIMINALS BREAKING FEDERAL CONSTITUTION AND INFRINGING ON OUR 2nd and 14th AMENDMENTS, VIOLATING OUR U.S. NATURALIZED BORN RIGHTS.. THEY EXPECT US TO ADMIT WRONGDOING TO THEM INFRINGING UPON US. DOESNT MAKE SENSE.. THEY SHOULD BE SUED UNDER THE FEDERAL TORTS CLAIMS ACT........

Nevada law is set in the Nevada constitution, no municipalities, city's, or county's can make law in conflict with the state constitution! Outside of the requirements for a permit for a CCW, Nevada has the best 2A protection in the U.S....the CCW is easy to aquire, and "shall be issued " to anyone who is legally allowed to possess.
