I just want to ask dude about why is some mods never appear in game Like 3rd person mod and so many mods i try everything i can but the game doesn't read the mod file

Hey, 3rd person mod and placeables usually do not appear in the mod selection screen before launching your saves, they're just there and activated by default. So by pressing C you should be able to go into 3rd person view. If it doesn't work try going into a vehicle
