Jb session court se aik bar accused persons ki petition dismiss ho chuki thi, to Kuch Arsa bad phir unho ne again session court me petition file kr Di, To Kia law me allowed Hy again same forum pe petition file Krna, jb k aik bar dismiss ho jaey??? Please Respected sir, guide about it too....
