I recently picked up a Case 6347 Amber bone handle. I came across your video and realized that the peanut that you were reviewing is the same one that I have been searching for... I have lost it. It really is a cool little knife but I need a slightly larger knife to fit the tasks that I normally do. Nice review, thanks for sharing.

Great introduction to this pattern and company. I don’t have a Case knife yet but this looks like a good entry point to aim for. However, as you attest to here (sent first knife back), the frequent QC issues I hear in reviews make me very cautious

The peanut pattern will do all you require of a pocket knife 90% of the time . A time tested and useful pattern. Great review.👍 As to Case's quality control ( or lack there of )....... It's just sad . As an aside ........ shouldn't a Peanut have shell bolsters ? 😁 ✌️

I've not tried out the Moore Maker models, but I know they are all contract manufactured by other American makers. At least some of their models are made by Bear and Son out of Jacksonville, Alabama.

Hi TK: It’s a great looking knife but I just can’t do the Peanuts. Three and a quarter inches closed is my smallest…..and I only have a few of those. I carry ‘em in leather slips once in a while. 🥜 👍
