I was in Provincetown in the summer of 74. I was four years old but I remember this clearly. (In the seventies, it was apparently believed that small children either couldn't hear or wouldn't understand adult speech, so all a kid had to do was play quietly nearby when adults were talking, and you could get the dirt on anything or anyone. ) It was my first m*rder mystery and led to a lifetime's fascination with True Crime. So in a way, Ruth Marie Terry led me to your wonderful podcast.

They identified her in 2022 as Ruth Terry and named her deceased husband as the killer. Apparently he may have killed one of his ex girlfriends and daughter as well.
