Thank you very much! It was very very practical. At least there was something which was not enough clear for me: the difference in giving Adenosine in ER in a peripheral IV and Adenosine in ICU in a central line. Please more explanation would be welcomed. Thank you so much.

Adenosine has very short half like 10 seconds so with peripheral line it should be given rapid sequence push to reach the heart rapidly and with central line as it is close to heart half the dose of peripheral dose is enough

even though the side effects of adenosine will be for 2 mins cause adenosine is very fast metabolised by endothelial cells. so i dont think the side effects of adenosine like brethlessness cuase more problem. even adenosine can cause arrest.

Sir can you please explain in detail about adenosine dosage If it's 1mg/min how can it be 30ml/hour because 3 ml corresponds to 150mg right?!!
