You are an amazing doctor Betsey!! As a person with medical complex issues and years of hospitalizations you are the kind of doctor that are very hard to come by… intelligent, down to earth and you LISTEN to your patients. Surprise! Not all medical issues are derived from anxiety and panic attacks! 🙄 That is the scapegoat diagnosis doctors use when they are lazy, unsympathetic or can’t crack a case and are too haughty to admit it.

A major factor not discussed is the possibility of Autonomic Dysfunction post surgery. Bilateral CBTs here with major Autonomic dysfunction following 2nd surgical resection. Voice paralysis for 6-9 months following first surgery. Embolization prior to both surgeries.

I have an inoperable corotid tumour and looking to undergo peptide therapy to shrink it. Could you cover in another video what might be expected during such treatment and what exactly is peptide therapy.

It can also be seen in the abdomen area. Paraganglioma/Pheochromocytoma are very rare but hopefully scientist may find a cure if they find the tumor to be malignant.

Am I the only one who finds it ironic (I guess ironic) that her primary insisted it was anxiety but she had a tumour encroaching on her nerves preventing the nervous system from producing the hormone to make her anxious?
