I have read that a lot of lymph nodes that are positive for lymphoma are round versus ovoid does anyone know if that is true for the most part?

(On Wednesday of February 1, 2023): On the Matter of Swollen Cervical Lymph Nodes (Case Study): DDx: 1) Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL); 2) Hodgkin's Lymphoma (HL) has Non-Tender (Painless) Swollen Lymph Nodes and Pathognomonic Is Reed-Sternberg Cells [C; 3) Infectious Mononucleosis (An Acute HHV or Epstein Barr Virus); 4) Sarcoidosis (African Female Most Likely); 5) Tuberculosis (Inmmunosuppression or Recent Travel to Endemic Area); 6) Acute HIV Infection; 6) Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL); Dx: 1) The Modality of Diagnosis For HL or NHL is Excisional Biopsy (Surgery and Oncology [Pathology]); 2) Initial (Preliminary Investigations And/or Laboratory): 1) CBC; 2) BMP; 3) HIV Serology (To Exclude this Possibility); 4) AP Chest X-Ray And Lateral Take; 5) Chest CT with Contrast; MD Paul Bolin.
