At our last adoption so many people showed up at court , including his pediatrician! She was a pediatric resident when he was in the NICU (11 months) and remembered all the times he went into a crisis and wasn’t expected to live through the day. We were so lucky to have her become his pediatrician once she was practicing. She changed practices when he was almost 20 years old. I wish all of these adoptions could take place at the courthouse. We did it 4 times and it was so special .

On the 1st one, this always was so messed up, and now even more so! Just so very sad! Reunification should NOT be the goal with this Mom anymore!

If I were mom working everything, and doing what’s needed to keep my children with dad having excuse after excuse, he would be in the curb until he was compliant. Sorry, but no one in this world would interfere if my children were at risk at being taken from me 💔

The case with mom Jessica Padilla. Atty Acosta drives me nuts. To question CW about contact with dad and what phone number works, etc. And to ask, "Do you think it is important for children to have father in their lives ? Ask your client that Miss Acosta. He is not absent from his kid's life because CW. Then at end of case she says she was unable to contact her client so she has no recommendation. Don't you think it would be prudent to make more effort to contact with your client Miss Acosta ? And the other atty to be critical that the kids are not home yet because inadequate housing . That is mom's fault. She chooses to live with family in a space too small for all her kids, especially considering the reasons for this case. Judge was great but this family is still a mess.

I appreciate you mentioning the person hiding in the dark. What is it with the moms & dad's either being in the dark, only show the tops of their heads and the worst of all then moving themselves around or their cameras. To me they give seem to be hiding.

These cases were absolutely refreshing, the adoption was by far the best, cash is such a character, and I believe he is in the best place he could ever be, thank you for uploading, a more uplifting set of cases, I don’t tend to get upset with moms and dads out there that clearly have issues addictions, etc., because I’ve never walk today in their shoes, I shake my head sadly, when I hear abuse, in all forms, that’s when I start judging harshly, I can’t help it, kids are so important and they’re innocent little selves deserve the best, and just like your work, absolutely amazing thank you thank you👍🏻👍🏻✌🏻💕

The first case: I was looking foreward to this update hoping mom would have received the wake up call she got when her child was removed from monitored return. Sadly it appears she did not. No surprised that she did not appear on camera after last hearing And to bring yet another bf to her visit with her child ! What is this woman thinking ??? Then again she had the poor judgement to let her son lay in a bed next to her and hear the entire last hearing. The judge said exactly what I was thinking "This case is much more serious than being represented at this hearing." Judge Faulkenburg would be pleased. This case seems like it will be one that will just go through the motions because legally they have to but the end outcome will likely be termination. I pray that something great happens for this child before the end of this case. Otherwise, he will be heartbroken and damaged. (Mom is still facing criminal charges for neglect and injury to a child) .

I do not like them setting up both parents with the same counselor for individual counseling. Hard to trust that the counselor their interest first.

I get things take time to get certain things done but these kids need help now…the longer they are under the influence of those who don’t have their best interests at heart the worse it is for the children. Some of these attorneys make me angry when they beg for their clients maybe they should really express to the mom she needs to straighten up and return her son’s love properly.

At 53 y/o, it is so great to see 19 y/o Prissy's boss & former bestie, Debra Fuller, laughing & smiling as the attorney for the adoptive parents! When we see her, she's usually AAL/GAL or the attorney for one of the parents. I guarantee this, anytime she is the AAL/GAL, you can be sure that she is giving 10x as much of herself as the next-best AAL/GAL. Any party she represents is damn lucky. Her gigglin' gave me flashbacks to card games at her house with her adult siblings, holidays at her folks', playing with her precocious, precious son, and Super Bowl parties at her parents' house, with one of those huge big-screen TVs rolled out in the driveway. LOL Of course, there's also the memory of her sister's kids tying me up while I was babysitting. I let their cuteness & smarts fool me. LOL

What is it about some women who insist they have a man in their lives? They just don’t listen & I think a lot will not give up that man…not even to keep their children. And these workers and or attorneys need to be honest about their clients…not to throw them to the wolves but maybe to help them see what’s going on. I don’t get it.
