Yeah, that is very much old school Martial Art movie writing there. I remember in the 90's a lot of those movies would have damned near entire lessons baked into the story. Sometimes worked, sometimes didn't (depended on the writer and could really destroy the movie's pacing if done wrong).

At one point I was taking on one white board and two black boards, do or die moment right there. I did break them though :-D

No... Basically doing what Case is giving them A punishment after what he just saw so he's telling them to do 4 sets of 500 to both fighter's to actually know how to do A correct punch, stow, knee strike, and shin strike, After about 60 punches or more their hands will start bleeding so then it has to be A switch between the two fighter's by the time they move on to knee exercises their hands will be X³ in pain, suffering, and numb to where they can't feel their fingers

In this clip Case (M. J. W.) explains and demonstrates on how in MMA that your hands, feet, shins, body, even your head can become A weapon towards your opponent. Then he has his student trys and nothing happened so what Case make them do is do 500 straight punches with knuckles, 500 side hand hits, 500 shin kicks, and 500 knee kicks to make them understand what he's talking about, Then they'll have better and stronger punches with leg kicks to against their opponents so only Case is A expert at MMA mostly and honestly expert teacher to in MMA. Example: During practice with the sandbag this student thought he could show Case up by kicking the sand with zip line to the other side, Case (🥱 yeah, yeah, yeah,) then he steps up to the bag 💥 Case breaks A hole in the sandbag So he tell's them: Would you rather push your opponent? Or finish your opponent? From then on from seeing Case do that they all had A memorized on what he said: WOULD YOU RATHER PUSH YOUR OPPONENT? OR FINISH YOUR OPPONENT? 🤔
