There is no way this is worth $800. Its a DIY tier case. The speakers it comes with are AMAZON BASICS speakers? You can just buy a 24" 1080P or 4K gaming monitor bc thats what it is essentially and some portable PC desktop speakers and pack it in a suit case for much much less. This is not worth the money at all.

Just ordered mine from Amazon it gets here Thursday I can’t wait. I work security, and sometimes the hours are long and boring with this. My workday will flyby. If my supervisor rolls up all I have to do is tear down the speakers real quick and close the case and set it to the side nobody would be the wiser. So glad I waited out and did not settle for the 720 P version I’m getting the 4k version also I might get another PlayStation five so I don’t have to keep unplugging the one from my TV 😊 I can’t wait

@@GaryCOLLOMAN. yes, I received it a few days ago and it is clearly a good thing. It’s like a suitcase almost I set it up so what you need is or at least what I use is an extension cord because I have to power the unit itself in my PlayStation and it works. It works flawlessly man.

Cool case and awesome product and everything, but its still just a case, pelican cases about $150, a 24in TV, maybe $100, some cut foam, fans, and mini speakers, maybe another $80-$100....so where did yall get the price range of $700???

To keep the case fully waterproof, the case shell has no built in plug. You will use the stock plug from the console coming from inside the case.

Sounds like you received our Pro version which does not come with speakers. The extra spaces can be left alone as they are not needed. However if you have any accessories that can fit in those spaces, you can use them.

About to buy the 4k version, I am always staying in hotels and man camps, I think I trust the airflow for one or two hours of gameplay but might take it out if I plan on letting KZbin stream all night, does wifi performance decrease in the case? And should you let the console power off and cool down very long before packing it up?

In regards to airflow, this product is pretty battle tested at this point as we have been selling it since the PS5 launched. You can trust the fans to cool it down. Generally speaking if you've gamed for a few hours, you might consider letting it cool with the case open for a few minutes before packing up. Although we have never had any issues with overheating, that action certainty can't hurt.

No issues. As long as the intake can draw in cool air and the fans help exhaust the warm air the console will remain cool. Obviously don't close the lid when the console is on though.

The monitor will likely need to come out whether for fixing or replacement. We don't have a monitor fixing service, but you can purchase a new monitor easily online by searching for the LG 24UD58.

Sounds like either the AUX wire for the speakers is not plugged in all the way, or the USB hub is not getting a steady stream of power. The USB hub (when functioning correctly) should omit a steady blue light.

@@CaseClubCases the aux wire is plugged in all the way because 3/4 ports have the steady blue light(slot 2,3,4 all work) but when I try and turn on the power for the speaker it just pops. I moved the wire into the main ps5 and it just flashes the blue light for half a second before it turning off again.
