Their relationship rather seems flat and boring. Really different when she fallen hard for Izzie. She never fallen that hard for Evan. That nervousness, the intense feeling when she's around Izzie, never occured when she's with evan. So yeah I liked evan so much but I know Casey will be much happier if she's with Izzie. I hope in season 3 the writers not messing up with their storyline and end up being together. Not just a fling for Casey. Otherwise their building relationship in season 2 will be such a waste.
