Good evening, have you had the opportunity to test the 2025 KTM or Husqvarna chassis? I saw that you tested several brands in your videos, but I didn't see the Austrian bikes. Best regards and good evening. Does the 25 chassis really make a difference?

24.5'+ Austrian chassis is an incremental improvement, Yes. Worth selling a 23'/24' and the increased costs involved, that's up to individuals to decide (but I vote "Not really"). Bikes with well set up suspension, 20+ hours on them already, and maybe some softer engine hangers will get those owners much closer to the 'new' spec. Pro Taper EVO bars and A'ME glue on grips go further than many other unnecessary mods... PS: Search my recent videos for some 2025 KTM 250 SX-F laps!

@CasMoto Thanks for your help. I have already received the Bridgestone X40 rear and X31 front tires. I will try them soon.

How do you feel about this bike vs a KTM 350? I know it’s hard to compare the but just for your average vet rider which would you recommend and what are the pros and cons of both.

Average vet rider: YZ250F is the complete package. IF - You're under 200lbs. or so...Easier to setup and just be happy. Great suspension, price point, Yamaha build quality, chassis balance. These modern day 250F's are not the 125 small-bores most of us remember from yesteryear! 350's do have their place, especially if vet riders like to rev and/or on the heavier side. However, air forks take some time to learn/setup every moto, the buy-in price is higher, and 'fixing' the suspension can become new owners first priority. The engine maintenance schedule is better on the 350's, and they will get you over bigger jumps with the increased torque and HP over a 250F. Good time to be a moto fan with so many options!
