You know what, I am a 57yo woman, I also happen to be a forensic Psych. I was also a giant tomboy when I was young. I still am actually. I have to say, In high school I took 4 years of metals shop and auto shop. Those were all of my electives. They were also the only classes in HS that could have gotten me a job where I could make a living right out of HS. Those programs are all going away now and we have countless lost young men in the world nowadays. I have seen many of them in my forensic work. I can't imagine how many young men you have gotten on the right track to a career they love and can make a good living doing. You have done a tremendous amount of good in the world and really changed many young lives and the videos you already made will continue to inspire for years to come. I wish you the best and I want to see that car when it's done.

@@CaseyPutsch Absolutely. College isn't for everyone and it isn't a matter of brain power. It takes every bit as much brain power to master welding or mechanics as any college degree. For people that like working with their hands, they are far better off doing that instead of getting brain washed with a worthless social justice degree and 100K in debt.

In IT, skill specific certifications have been taking precedence over degrees for hiring and promotion. Some of the happiest IT people Ive seen are ISP fiber splicers & testers, but good luck ever getting a vocational course on splicing. Its sad that AI, but in particular cloud services are taking away physical IT jobs, my favorite days were deffinetly sitting in a server room alone for 8 hours straight troubleshooting servers, installing, removing and cabling etc.

In Australia the teachers attacked and sabotaged the future lives of guys who did technology courses and such things. Now they have shortages of tens of thousands of qualified workers. Obviously bosses around the world 🌎 observed this nasty behaviour from those in low level authority and have learned from that and have implemented this 100% antisocial way of destroying young men's lives.

The time has come. thank you all for watching my car enthusiast videos. I will be stepping away from car antics to focus on manufacturing, material science, and politics. I'll pop back in once in a blue moon if something really cool happens, but I felt compelled to show you all my last enthusiast car build. It will be a soulful and cathartic journey, while I work to make something bigger and more meaningful happen while spending time with my family. Cheers all! You should still subscribe, because if you see anymore videos one day, they will really mean something.

As a long time KZbinr (148k Subs) that used to make a good living making How To videos. I feel every word you say. KZbin has turned into an honor amongst thieves. Every one of my top home made builds has been cloned by a bigger channel. Never once giving any credit to my builds they copied or got the idea from. I’m glad you are still wanting to further your omega car. Your material science and manufacturing sounds good too. They are to better our civilization. Then there are your other dreams, again time stands for no one, do it! I follow basically your same ideology. I believe in high mpg vehicles and high density energy generation such as thorium fueled molten salt reactors and other gen4 nuclear reactors. There is no such thing as nuclear waste, it is in fact unspent fuel for new reactors, don’t bury it! I am still very interested in your omega car concept and will follow your continued journey on that because it’s an idea I highly believe in.

I really get this. I had the greatest joy of interviewing Marion Andretti when I was 11. Now you would think an 11 year old interviewing Mr. Andretti would get 100's of thousands of views. My Father explained what you just spoke about. The game. Father always gave me a choice, but always leaned me into understanding, what was the right thing to do. So I never advertised on my channel. I did interviews with wonderful people for two reasons. Number one, was to record the history. The second was to learn. If something more came out of it, great. But I won't play the "game.". My Andretti video was 1884 views as of this moment. Man did the KZbin algorithm hate me lol. But to speak with Mr Andretti, about so many of the wonderful things that has happened in his life and ask him questions he has never heard, was a joy of a life time. And yes I learned a great deal Mr Putsch. As I learn from this channel. I appreciate hearing you speak about this. I'm going to think on it more. I've got lots of your past to enjoy watching. All the best for now. :)

Glad to hear you aren't going away completely. I've always enjoyed the content on the Omega Car, and look forward to its continued development. Hope we still get some Genius Garage content, depending on how you proceed with that. Enjoy yourself, Casey, and enjoy the time with your family. This is one of the few channels that I jump on the new videos when the notification hits, so I really hope that all goes well for you & your family, and we still get a little glimpse of it all.

I quit watching you a few months ago - because I could tell either you weren’t being yourself or you had become a self you didn’t like. I’m happy for you. The feeling of kinship has returned. I hope to see you at a VSCDA event.

Your Vinwiki video on the Lotus 11, is what first connected me to your channel about 5 years ago. As you know from my previous comments, my interests lie in old bikes, old cars & old aeroplanes. And by old, I mean 1920's to mid 1970's. The 50's & 60's era race cars, particularly the sports & GT cars are where my real passion lies. For selfish reasons, I'd even appreciate & enjoy videos with less commentary, speeded up so that we can get an idea of the challenges & progress of the build. Make no mistake this will be far more interesting than watching Freddy rebuild a crashed car, even though his videos are highly entertaining. This will be a work of art & I believe most of us will be interested in the progress. Nevertheless, your focus on your family & your own well-being is admirable & I join most of your loyal followers in wishing you all the best.

Dear Casey, It really has been a fun journey with you on KZbin! Ive watched almost all of your videos since the beginning. I found you through the Vin Wiki Video. Its sad that your leaving but, I know that it is very good for you! You need to take this trip, you need some free time. Thankyou Again for this fun journey! You have continued to show me that I could have a car collection of my own. One day I will own one. If I may ask, What do you think I should do to be happy and fulfilled in life. Obviously the cars, but what advice would you give me a 15 year old to use in my life? And Hopefully you find Christ and obey his laws, so you can really be in peace, so all of this you've done was for something. Sincerely Justin. P.S If you respond it would mean the world to me. I'd frame it.

Find enjoyment and appreciation in every moment you can WHILE you’re doing it. Never stop moving forward with impatience, but have the understanding that it takes time to let the garden grow and things will come in time.
