I am going to sell a plot of land by Rs.15 lakhs. Circle rate of that plot is 5 lakh only. The buyer wants to make sale deed for Rs.5 lakhs,so that his stamp duty will be calculated on Rs.5 lakhs. But how can I receive Rs.15 lakhs in bank account, as the deed is of only for Rs.5 lakhs?Against the deed of Rs.5 lakhs how can I receive Rs.15 lakhs in bank account? Please give your kind suggestion.
