bank ce far better return property investment me ho jayega..... it's better to pay some tax..... tax bachaane k chakkar me inflation or opportunity cost..... dono loss ho jayenge.... 7℅interest k chakkar me

I deposited 8 lakhs in my account through a post office bearer cheque, which was given to me by my father as gift. In my passbook this transaction should have shown as “Transfer through cheque” but instead of that the transaction is incorrectly showing as “By Cash Deposit” due to a mistake done by the Post Office. Will it violate section 269ST? Or, Will I face any penalty? & How I'll show this in ITR, since "officially" this transaction has been done by cash deposit? PLEASE REPLY SIR

Sir mere papa ne mujhe 10Lakh rupees mere account me transfer kiye hain,to kya uska ITR file karna hoga,mera koi source of income nhi hai abhi,mai abhi berojgar hu...kya mujhe us 10L ka ITR file karna hoga jo mujhe mere parent ne diye hain?kya us 10L ka koi document bhi banwana hoga,plz reply

Mano agar koi ek farmer hai, jiski annual income 3 lakh se niche hai, usne apni khandani jamin ko sell kiya aur buyers se 30 lac rs liye jo ki usne apne bank account me jama kiye, to kya usse bhi tax kt jayega

सर मैरी अपनी पैत्रक जमीन की रजिस्ट्री जुलाई 2024 अक्टुबर 2024 व दिसम्बर 2024 मे हुई है और मुझे कुल 56-04 लाख की धनराशि मिली जो मैने बैक मे अलग बचत खाता खोल कर जमा करा दिया है और मकान खरीदना चाहता हू तथा अभी पूरी बिकी नही है ऐसी स्थिति मुझे क्या 56-04 लाख पूरा 31 जुलाई 2025 तक लाॅग टाईम कैपिटल गैन एकाउन्ट मे जमा कराना होगा लाॅग टाईम कैपिटल की धनराशि आगणित कराकर जमा कराना होगा
