I am one who did ask about subscriptions.... i know that back in 1999? When things were switching to HDTV i scooped up some papers at the cable office and accidently (honest) got some extras. It included a memo in which they exoected the average cable bill to be $250 in the area within 1 year but thought that the tri-county area could withstand a $500/ month cable bill when the added services came on board.... That was 23-24 months ago.

Yes, Kroger is generally expensive unless you're buying on sale, unadvertised special, or mark down/ clearance.... Does your Kroger have the red bag/ seriously reduced produce items? If it does, start looking them over when you go in to get a feel for what they put on produce clearance and what type of shspe it is in. You might also ask an associate when they do thier meat and dairy markdowns. Often it is by day of the week and also time of day. Itvis generally hot firm but between hour X and hour Y they do mark downs on day of the week ABC.
