Honestly, they’re taking advantage of you. Setting boundaries is hard, at the same time important. Have you spoken to HR about PTO? Honestly, the “common” practices of not wanting to give you PTO and having you use the crane is illegal. I commend you for having a growth mindset and optimistic perspective. I wish you the best and hope things change.

Hey girl, I was curious as to why you don’t calculate the total for each page and write each total on your total payout line on the bottom? I’m sure it would help a ton. Hey girl ❤ I get the editing funks.. especially when they are back to back! It usually takes about 1 month for my nails to get back to normal after gel/shellac or acrylics.. I was in the medical field and worked in a hospital, we weren’t allowed to have “color” on our nails.. over 5 years later since leaving the hospital and I still prefer no color 😅😂 I hope that you did great on your test ❤ great debt contribution!!!! I’m glad you advocated for yourself and not let it be a risk for your future!
