Cashfree vs Razorpay - Which one is Best Payment Gateway?

Both of them have not been onboarding new merchants from a year. It doesn't matter which one is best. It would be better if you could find any payment gateway that's onboarding new merchants currently.

Razorpay customer support is horrible. My support ticket is pending for 9 day, They are taking one day for each conversation, which mean if they ask to give a detail and one you give the detail, they will respond and another detail on the next day and will go on like that. So a 10 chat and replays need 10 days. Ridiculous.

@@sreedeepcv866 Still the same. I sorted out the issue with them. It took almost two months. I coudnt open an another one because of my bank account issue. But you can try cashfree [difficult to get approved] or payumoney or instamojo [this may get approved faster]. But stil razorpay gives lot of options and it UI is handy.

Yep, I agree. They close accounts all of a sudden and without any prior notice. They do not even mention why. Once that happened to me thank God I was not trapped with money inside. But then I learned that company is not good at all. Fast customer service is what I liked about it but it pretty much failed everywhere else.

@@ASTRO_ARSH almost all of them has faults. It depends on who actually wants to expand and get further. Right now Phonepe is on a roll and probably coming up with some new tech to match razorpay. Razorpay has problems with even photos of events. So you cannot be promoting alcohol, no sexual directive content (directive, so it’s completely subjective) etc. These rules are really stupid. I had posters of club events and they all of a sudden cancelled it. Remember all of a sudden, no notice, nothing. I kept asking what was the problem and they said they don’t know an exact reason but the banking partners have refused. Then why give me an account at the first place? So when I read their policies I found out this must be it. Imagine, posters of club events, against their policies. They just copied stripe and that’s all. So I am using stripe but stripe does not give UPI so waiting for that to happen.
