After a lot of use the plastic coin chutes inside machine wear out ( quarters chute especially) and coins fly all over inside of machine and fixing it is a nightmare. Cutting costs has it's disadvantages and the engineers should have known better in an opinion.

How do you guarantee that Cummins will adequately provide preventative maintenance after cutomers sign and pay dearly for such service ? I was in Baltimore and the Branch Office was signing tickets majorly without the work being completed. That is "Theft of Service" and in a word...TROUBLING ! Preventative maintenance, what a scam ! Anyway good for you on the deposit !

Well, they used to say racist things about their own Black customers while I was employed for their Baltimore branch and I told them it wasn't a good thing to do.Well yep, you guessed it FIRED...Is that good for business ?

@@toplinethriftfind pretty sure it still goes on with the skeleton crew they employ (fake pm's). There is no way preventative maintenance can be done as they advertise with so few technicians. Service calls are so rampant ,where is there any time to be proactive ya know ? Common sense says what you get is not what they advertise...just saying.
