Presumably, the screenshot was taken after the whole scam adventure was finished, which is why the “You replied on Fri 19/07/2019” appears at the top. I’m not entirely sure what this feature is meant for, but I assume it’s for organizational purposes to let you know which emails you have or have not replied to.
