Madam .. upto 500 sqM land area -no need to register project in rera .. but in case of 8 flats .. is there any crieteria carpet area or builtup area ?? Hello Shivangi Didi, I have a question..I live in Ahmedabad,Gujarat..my society has 10 houses and our builder of the society also lives in 1 of the houses. He has 4 cars and parks his 2 cars in common area of the housing society. Whenever any other resident of society parks their car in that spot, he says “This is My spot, nobody should park this car in My spot”. I told him that it is not his permanent parking spot and any member of the society can park his car there on a first come first serve basis. But he still insists on parking only his car there and would send either someone or come himself to our house if we park the car in those 2 spots which are actually reserved for everyone and not just him. So what should I do in this situation?

As i can see there is a news that Sector 68 gurgaon, Builders licence got cancelled as the project is 90% completed it is under RERA. After waiting of 4 years if this happens how buyer will believe RERA.

Ma'am suppose Ek society hai Jisme 4 flat hai (i.e. A,B,C,D wings) each flat me floors hai and each floor me ghar hote hai To hame registration lete vaqt Flat (i.e no.of wings-4) consider karne ka Ya fir ek hi flat me jitne house hai vo consider karne ka Kyuki registration me esa hai na ki phasewise registration lene ka and also registration mandatory nahi hota agar upto 8 apartment ka project hota hai to apartment means individual house in flats or the number of wings (which is A.B.C.D) Mam please answer dena as soon as possible parso meri exams hai CA finals ki law-elective
