Buyyers suffering....pre launch offers without getting project approvals ....some new builders and developers are cheating the customers....agents are not aware on the project....telling to buyyers .,.....wrong promises about developments

I am a lawyer practicing in real estate, struggling to survive, as nothing is coming up with the documentation related matters. Actually there is a still a lot of potential in realestate sector. Yes, commercial real estate, co working spaces is not doing well. All the big company's have strted work from home. That is all true. But recently several food joints are coming up. People are investing and experimenting that sector. So, if you can somehow get in touch witth them and work towards it, you will have a lot of work. You can help them with compliances as well. Stay updated with the municipal rules and circulars and the act ofcourse. Getting a Fire license is a tricky business. You may also get one by paying a hefty amount and start your business anywhere. But then that will be illegal. Getting a place perfect for resturant purpose is a challenge. You can advice gour clients on those matters. Hope this was useful. Thankyou.
