I know he made his movie role bones on being the 'tough guy' but he's five feet tall and not in athletic shape. I'd laugh and laugh then beat him to a pulp if one of his characters ever acted like that with me without extra muscle around. So, basically like his final scene in this movie.
@the-chillian

@@joelwillems4081 "Local man discovers actors are not the same people as the characters they portray. Film at 11." Turns out the real-life gangster Pesci's character was based on, Anthony Spilotro, was right around 5' tall himself. The FBI believes he killed more than 20 people. There's a scene in this film where Pesci squeezed a guy's head so hard in a vise that one of his eyes popped out. This was after sticking an ice pick through his balls. That really happened. Fuck around with that kind of guy, you'd find out real quick.

I got that reference mate. The old Warner brothers cartoons. How about the weasel in the foghorn leghorn cartoons. “Yeh yeh yeh yeh”. And the one with the big dog (Mark Anthony) that takes a maternal roll in taking care of a kitten. I love the scene where the kitten digs his nails into the dogs back to make it comfy. And when the dog thinks the lady had mixed the kitten into the cookie dough. The lady hands the dog a cookie in the shape of a cat. So the dog puts the cookie on his back. Then the kitten reappears. I also love the scene in a another cartoon, where a cat has to take care of a bird or a mouse (l can’t remember). But after the lady leaves, the house is surrounded by 100s of cats. And the cat inside has to stop all the feral cats trying to get the mouse/bird. Those 60s Warner brothers cartoons were the best. They still stand up today.

He was just being a selfish baby upset that he is losing money. He really thought his boss, Joe Pesci, will back him up and make Deniro and that casino staff pay for bothering him (the cowboy) telling him to put his shoes on, etc.. He obviously was very wrong. For me, it added comedic effect. I couldn't stop laughing. Like another clip I saw from a Star Wars movie where for Darth Vader they used Woody Allen's voice instead of James Earl Jones.

I always found it hilarious that Nicky Santoro didn't give a rats ass about Billy being insulted. He only gets upset about Ace being insulted.

Ouch. They LEANED his mug into that door. With all their weight they LEANED his head smack into that door. Next scene, Pesci bangs him the forehead with a phone. Bad day all around for him.
