This board actually has some awesome onboard sounds and the quality is amazing. I've never taken Casio keyboards seriously but I have to give them props for this.🔥

I have placed an order for my first keyboard on your recommendation, Your followers can never have any doubts about making a decision when it's a "go" from you. Thank you! I am very excited to learn the piano and then music production. I will practice a lot. Always enjoy your videos, keep them coming!

Thank you for making this video! While I don't play instruments, this video in combination with a few others of yours have helped me greatly in picking out a keyboard as a gift.

I've really been enjoying your videos. I've wanted to learn to play piano for years and your videos have been really helpful with helping me choose which one to get as a first keyboard but man it's so tough to choose which one is a good one to start with that isn't too expensive or low quality. Thank you for your wonderful content!

I like the incredible sound set. The construction and keyboard action and design and user interface. This is much more what I would want than an arranger keyboard like the Yamaha PSR-E373.

I'll buy a Casio CT-S1. Very nice electric pianos.

This keyboard is a balance between form and function. It has a well-built fundamentals, lacking ease of use, and a stylish form that would be eye-catching.

If you don't need the 88 weighted keys and extra voices, the CT-S1 is a steal. I have a Roland Go:Keys for the other voices, but plan to get a Yamaha CK61 and Roland FP-E50 that both used to be $1K, but they dropped the price of the Roland $100. I know several pro keyboardists that love the CT-S1 to take anywhere on the road, to a park or wherever, or just around the house with battery power when they just want to play and not power up their pro keyboard rig.

The CT is the travel keyboard. I’m not afraid of taking it overseas. I may take a look at the GO KEYS 3. I have a Roland RD 88 I gig with. Thank you for the comment.

@@oljones31 I was looking at the Roland RD 88, and now they have the RD 08, but the FP-E50 is more versatile, and now $100 cheaper. But the CK61 is a great stage piano for the price with 61 keys with real time controls on the panel instead of having to dive through menus. And the sounds are killer. A good pro stage piano to gig if 61 keys will do. Btw, it's hard to tell the difference in sound quality from the sound clips. If only the CT-S1 and Go:Keys had stereo ¼" audio outs instead of the headphone out that you will need a ⅛" to ¼" adapter, a Y adapter if you want to run stereo pro cables, etc.

Is there any difference about the touch feels between the 2 of them?
@oljones31 Жыл бұрын
The CT-S1 has a plastic action with 61 keys, the Privia has graded hammer action.

How do you get the CT-S1 for a lot less than $200?
@oljones31 Жыл бұрын
Facebook marketplace or EBay. You have to buy them used though
