Hook up logic analyzer, capture what the processor sends in display test mode and write some c++ code for handling and pushing a framebuffer. In this case I have converted the frames to b/w @25fps raw with ffmpeg and pushed the pictures with an c# program over serial to the microcontroller connected to the display

@@shinozaaakiii If you have an spare esp32 and calc lying around you can use my first poc and play around with it github.com/DSchndr/classwiz_lcd/blob/main/src/main.cpp It does what it is supposed to but is cobbled together in the worst way possible (and the signal lines have different names, i just named them after what they've looked like) xD There is also a zip with logic analyzer traces

If you notice the top near the solar cell, the front cover isn’t on properly. So I am assuming he is tapping directly into the calculator’s display and playing Bad Apple through an external MCU.
