I bought a Casio Lineage Titanium about 10 years ago. I have never had any problems with the watch and I wear it almost every day. It still works today like it did on the first day. This is the best watch I've ever had.

without any coating on the titanium, I would expect it to get a lot of scratches over time. did you experience this?

I've owned this same watch (except the model with numerals) for several years. Easily the most perfect watch I've ever owned or seen. In my location I get a radio sync at least twice a week and it's never been off by even .5 sec, typically right on the NIST time. Titanium, sapphire, solar, atomic, perpetual day/date calendar, LED, timer/stopwatch, it truly has an unbeatable set of features. Also thinner than most current watches, and standard lugs to simplify swapping bands. For under $200 a truly exceptional value.

out of all the watches in my conservative collection, this Casio Lineage is the ultimate watch that every horological mechanism in my world is calibrated too. Light weight titanium ( the same material the SR71 blackbird is made from) so this watch can withstand up to 4,000 degrees of heat, tough solar- so you don't have to worry about the power source as long as it is expose to light, radio calibrated atomic reception to keep it accurate every day, and power shut off at night, yes this watch goes into sleepy time power conservation when you go to sleep as well. I love this watch, the ultimate watch !

lol I think if you heated the watch to 4000f it would fry the internals even if the case and wristband survive. still it is an awesome watch and I love mine too

@@gitman3486 but of course, my wrist and entire body would turn into cremated remains, and the watch would not work, but the titanium case and bracelet would still be intact- and you can make a KZbin video restoring it 😁

Just ordered one from Japan. Won't make it here until after the first of the year, but I'm stoked! I'm already thinking my 11 other (Swiss autos, four Eco-Drives, 50 year-old Bulova mechanical, and a few quartz), might spend a lot of time in the watch cabinet when this beauty fits my wrist. The value of these watches is ridiculous. Maintenance free, sapphire glass, accurate to a second a year, has a stopwatch, countdown timer and world time - and you can swim with it.

The one you mentioned will not fit. You need to find a 20mm edifice clasp with a 9mm female link on one side and 18.5mm opening inside the clasp on the other side.

@@Bloodstryke looks like it’s not on AE at the moment. It’s a common Edifice clasp so you can keep an eye out on ebay. On another note, the bracelet from Berny T2526M-A fits this watch perfectly and that has 4 micro adjustments (but it has folded links)

As long as it receives a signal once a day and adjusts according to the atomic clock. Otherwise you can manually do it fairly easily using the push buttons

No you’ll need to set your city/zone. Radio signal is one time signature that’s broadcast over the air.
