Probably late for you, but in case anyone else comes along with the same question: The 770 is a generation newer, so it has some updated sounds on it (notably the piano sound). Also it has an adjustable hammer response (delay from when you hit the key to when it sounds), and the concert play feature (lets you play along with an orchestra recording on 10 pieces, not sure if it is expandable). The PX-770 has one additional sound (not sure what it is). The PX-770 comes with the stand and three pedals so you don't have to purchase those separately if you want them, but it is bulkier than the 160, and lacks the unamplified left and right line out jacks, so the PX-160 would be more portable and easier to connect to various amplification systems if you want to take it on the road. The PX-770 is more suited to permanent installation in a room.

If you want to evolve and get better at piano, I advise you pick the px770 because of it’s better polyphony. But don’t settle on my personal opinion and go them both in store !

All the keys on my PX-700 have no pressure sensitivity, so they all just play at the same tone and I don’t know how to fix it. Can someone help?

Look up Keyboard Touch in the manual. There is a way to reset to factory settings however I am not aware of how to do it on a 700 as I have a 750 and 770. support.casio.com/en/manual/manualfile.php?cid=008017025

From what I’ve read on this model, no it’s quite heavy, and as Cagayan said, it would need to be disassembled to attempt to take the keyboard with you somewhere without the cabinet.

As I did for the comment above, I'm sure that this is too late for you but perhaps someone else will need the information: The 870 is capable of playing more notes polyphonically and has a range of sound adjustment options. The 870 has a larger speaker system, and an audio recorder in addition to the MIDI recorder.
