Here's one of Casio's coolest releases of the past few years - the A-100, a modern reissue of their first resin cased watch. It has one... bizarre quirk that leaves me wondering - what was Casio thinking??

The A100 is the bomb. I have the WE-1BVEF (silver with negative display) the WEGG (gunmetal with negative display) and the WEL (black leather strap with positive display).

Love it, I purchased the original F100 in 1978 as a 16 year old, it was a gift to myself after getting sacked from my first ever job !!.....I was still wearing it when I joined the British Army in 1979. It was the first ever Watch I bought for myself......I,m 61 Now and have over 400 Watches in my collection.....Just purchased the Gun Metal version.....The memories it will bring back are gonna make me smile from ear to ear !!!.

This one is so cool. I'm a huge alien fan so this one has to end up in my collection. Weird that it doesn't have the 24hr time but I don't really mind that. Cool vid man.

Strange. they say there is 24 hour time in the Specs. Yes, that's true. You can search all the forums and see people baffled by why Casio would put that on the spec sheet but not in the actual watch 😂

I have a bunch of watches from the Çasio Vintage' line. This one is possibly the one I was least impressed with, in person. There's something very bland about the case. I can't put my finger on it, but I reach for my A168 or my DB-520 a lot more often than this.
