Got a W-219h last week.Loving it so far. I got the positive display one and it very legible.

Finally, a recessed screen on a budget priced Casio! Too often, the lower priced models do not have recessed lenses or even have the lens being the MOST prominent thing on the watch, which is just begging for scratches and dings.

Casio w-219h is the most underrated watch of Casio it feels like younger brother of G-Shock almost identical.

The versions with negative screens are nearly unreadable at a glance. Highly recommend only the positive screen models.

I would say it has more to do with where you live. I don't have problems with negative displays because Greece has a alot of sunny days, but yes i also prefer bigger size digits on a negative display.

Take it apart and flip the polarised sheet round😂 done it before several times, tricky but not too hard

It's a great "light duty" GShock.
