Thanks, this is great. So little tutorials on these formation, approach and comms basics for choppers. Yeah, there's manuals etc., but with no instructor and showing how it's done, is very different. 😍

I would love to see you do a series on the classic game Janes Longbow 2, an Apache sim released in 1997. It was revolutionary at them time because it was one of the first flight sims with 3d graphics acceleration through the 3DFX API. It was reputed to be a high fidelity sim and I would love to get your opinion on it.

Go-Arounds in combat aren’t free! Landing to the X never works out well for chalk 3. Put your maps, plans and fear away at the RP. Ride the shudder or call your next of kin. Fly together or you die together.

if you do training sessions for DCS helis id love to find out how to participate, i have the Mi8, UH1, KA50, and the Gazelle, but i keep hitting VRS all the time and i cant hover its been like a year lol, ive watched lots of tutorials i just cant figure it out lol

I'm always uncomfortable when I hear guys publishing, discussing & explaining TTPs on a open source like this but I guess the modern military never learned about opsec ... do you guys live stream your missions in real time or just re-enact them on a gaming sim?

@@CasmoTV no worries .. different world .. used to be silent professionals but now everyone has tats and a youtube channel. When I was SOF and SARDO I'd catch SMA posting pics during missions (that was before live streaming which is why I asked). Anyway I'm retired so really have no valid opinion.
