Respected sir, both of these binoculars are neither waterproof nor fogproof, so as per my experience, within 6 to 8 years they will catch by fungas, which deteriorates the viewing experience. If you want a binoculars which last lifetime, try zeiss or nikon prostaff or nikon monarch 🙏

In my opinion, cason 12x42 is better than cason 8x40 as it's free from collimation error🙏
