Just started training for HYROX, to be ready for the one in Belgium early April 2025, so only did 8 rounds. As such, we were ready after 61'23". Nice workout and came in clutch, as we were about to go training and didn't have an idea what to do yet. Thanks!

I also just began to train for the Hyrox in Belgium, a wanted to do the one in Amsterdam but it is already with a waiting list 😮 So now the plan is to continue to train untill the Belgian Hyrox. Hope your training is going well 👍 Im am in my second week and definitely feeling the soreness in my muscles 😅 But we don't quit and will prevail 💪 Wish you all the strength and endurance for the next months. Did Casper today as a mixed. Partner had her 16lb vest on. We completed it in 53:23. That was a killer. Especially doing it here in Tempe AZ. Was a hot morning...

is there a min required for partner B? i mean partner B can just go slow since there's no requirements as how many rounds he/she needs to do.

Amrap means as many round as possible, so you go on as long as your partner does its 1000m. And probably tell him to run faster 😂😂
